| This hotel has it all. It is a stylish, well kept establishment. The staff, from front desk to chambermaids, were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. No request was too much trouble.
The hotel is ideally situated but, as it is situated on a busy road, if you are given a room on the front it is noisy at night. Unfortunately we did not get the requested rooms at the rear. This is a minor inconvenience, however. I would recommend use of the hotel's private car parking arrangements. A little pricey but worth it when put against the option of trying to find local parking outside the walls. When we returmn to Siena we will definitey stay here again. |

| Overall, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was in great shape. Centralized location made it easy to walk to any of the popular locations.
The only let down was the price of the simple breakfast buffet. I didn't think to ask about the price, given most hotels during our stay included breakfast. My wife and I spent ~55 Euros or $80 USD for the buffet and coffee for two. NOT worth it.
Other than this, the hotel is very worth it. |

| I highly highly recommend this hotel. It is located right in the middle of the enchanted city of Siena. It is absolutely beautifully decorated, the rooms are a good size and very well decorated. The hotel has a great restaurant and incredible wine bar. It is a very romantic choice for a hotel and recommend it to anyone travelling in that area. |

| We just returned from our 10 day trip to Italy. We left Rome for one day and went to Siena. We were told before going not to take a taxi from the train station...we did anyway with the assistance of a friendly traveler who joined us in the taxi. He informed us to make sure you tell the driver to run the meter! When we arrived at our hotel the front desk told us it would 5 - 10 minutes until our room was ready. 2 minutes later we were personally escorted to our room. The woman who escorted us offered to give us a detailed tour of our room, which we declined but felt the hotel was already going over and above. We spent most the time outside the hotel but did come back for an evening drink and dessert. The bartender recommended wines based on what we like which were superb and the dessert was amazing! We definately would stay their again due to the location (a 2-3 minute walk to Piazza del Campo) and the service we received. We cannot wait to return! |

| Beautiful hotel in fantastic location. Room was lovely with a great view of plaza. Just make sure that you ask for a room at the back if you enjoy quiet, because all of the rooms that look out on the street are extremely noisy. Because of the way the city is built, the noise echos and there are a great many college students who stay out late. The staff was very friendly! |

| The location, condition, and treatment were outstanding. If you are willing to spend some extra on a room it is well worth it. Unless the breakfast is included with your room rate I suggest eating somewhere else. Breakfast is way too expensive. |
